🌟 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴!🌟 From dynamic workshops to 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, it was a day brimming with insights and collaboration. 💡We kicked off the morning with an engaging 𝗽𝗿𝗲-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 led by EFCNI Chairwoman Silke Mader, delving into essential topics like 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. This laid a solid foundation for the productive discussions ahead. The official start of the POS after lunch brought forth a 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗘𝗙𝗖𝗡𝗜’𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, setting the stage for an afternoon of impactful talks. Professor Sven Wellmann’s discussion on the European School of Neonatology (ESN) underscored 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. 📚👩⚕️ The highlight of the afternoon undoubtedly came from the 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 within our network. Durante o 1° dia, a Parents Organisations Summit 2024 da EFCNI do passado fim-de-semana, continuou à tarde com momentos repletos de palestras inspiradoras e apresentações comoventes que nos deixaram a sentir capacitados e motivados para mais um ano de trabalho em prol dos pais e dos bebés que nascem cedo demais! 👩🦰🧑🏼👶 O POS2024 arrancou oficialmente com um acolhimento caloroso do Board of Directors da EFCNI, dando o mote para uma tarde envolvente e produtiva que se avizinhava. Tivemos o privilégio de ouvir o Prof. Sven Wellman, cuja palestra sobre a European School of Neonatology (ESN) lançou luz sobre o papel essencial da educação nos cuidados neonatais. Outros destaques foram as apresentações de 3 notáveis organizações da nossa rede, cada uma delas apresentando os seus projectos e iniciativas inovadoras. O « PICAPP », desenvolvido pela Melletted a helyem Egyesület da Húngria, está a revolucionar o apoio parental com a sua plataforma digital, enquanto que o projeto « The Right Care » da Fundação Doris Mollel na Tanzânia está a fazer uma diferença tangível na melhoria dos cuidados prestados aos bebés prematuros neste país do continente Africano. E ainda tivemos a apresentação do « Paul », o simulador de bebés prematuros mais avançado do mundo. Desenvolvido pela SIMCharacters e trazido para a Lituânia por Neišnešiotukas, este simulador veio transformar neste país a formação em neonatologia e as práticas de cuidados neonatais.
